Delete Your JobGuard Pro Account
You can delete your JobGuard Pro account and all its data at any time.
Delete from the app
- Open JobGuard Pro and sign in.
- Go to More › Delete my account.
- Confirm. Your account is deleted right away.
Want a copy first? Go to More › Download my data to save an Excel file of your jobs, change orders and payments before you delete.
Can’t open the app?
Email info@jobguardpro.ca from the email address you use for your account, with the subject “Delete my JobGuard account”. We will delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.
What gets deleted
Your account and login, business details, jobs, clients’ details, change orders, signatures, payment records and notification settings are permanently erased from our live database. Backup copies are overwritten within 30 days. Technical logs are removed on their normal short schedule.
